I hope you will greatly enjoy your new piece/s from Pip Wilcox Ceramics. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your items then I can accept returns within 10 working days of you receiving them.
Please email me at hello@pipwilcoxceramics.com immediately if you would like to send your order back. For any refund products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Postage Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will have the postage costs deducted. In the unlikely event that you receive broken or damaged goods, please photograph the damage and send me an email within 2 days of receipt of goods to hello@pipwilcoxceramics.com. I take great care to package items securely so I hope this is never the case but will do everything I can to rectify the issue with a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, I cannot cover return postage costs. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me so please ask for proof of postage from your post office.
